Moving A Step Beyond Pain And Struggle

moving beyond pain and struggle “If you can go through life without experiencing pain you probably haven’t been born yet.”

 – Neil Simon, Playwright, Screenwriter, Author

Pain and struggle: our inevitable experience. Whilst we have accepted it as part and parcel of our lives, is there really something more we can do?

Perhaps just a bit more…

Just as someone may be there for another, to sit down and talk with another, who is yelling out for our help and attention — it may be our soul too who may appreciate our own selves being that compassionate confidant.

Have you ever tried being that special confidant for your soul? — Sat face to face with her and discussed what is yearning expression and attention?

Why not struggle with a bit more understanding, a bit more passion?

Surely we can turn the rocky path into adventure, by facing it rather than avoiding it.

Surely we can face ourselves, our truth.

Surely compassion, courage and Love can come from us within to heal the yearning heart.

“A lot of people experience pain and struggle. Few face it.” – Vishal Singh
