A Message For A Wounded Heart

Q: What is the difference between being mean to yourself and to others? A: Nothing. - Message for a wounded heartIt’s odd, that when someone hurts another person, kills a bit of nature for their own common conveniences or neglects a wounded animal… all the negative attention and criticism comes flooding down their way.

But, when you are bashful to yourself, compare yourself with others to measure your own self-esteem or do things outside of your integrity to climb up in society’s eyes… people often stay reserved from you and your personal agendas.

Let us not give in to external judgement —

but instead be our own role model.

Let us use our gifted inner-compass to treat ourselves and others with equal compassion.

To start, we have to be kind to ourselves, just as our instincts show us clearly to be kind to others.

My dear, how can a person who is mean to herself be Loving to others? What you are sharing with others is yourSelf . And she is the source of Love.
