Are You Living In The Prison Of Pain?

"Expressing what is painful in you releases the pain from its inner-prison. No one, NO ONE, deserves to suffer in silence." - Prison of pain

“Some people suffer in silence louder than others.”

Morrie Brickman, 1917 – 1994, Comic Artist, Playwright

Take it out.
Talk it out.
Free the pain.
Free yourself.

There is nothing more painful than holding on to repressed pain.

Talk to a friend.
Tell a stranger.
Write it on a Post-It or in your diary/journal.
Talk out loud to yourself.

Anything.
Being honest with yourself is a showing of true Love. Being honest with life, the world and its people is an experience of true Love. And the release from the prison of pain.
