Hold Her Hand But Let Her Do The Walking

You don't get the best from someone by pushing them, rather by encouraging them to push themselves. - Encourage“Flatter me, and I may not believe you. Criticize me, and I may not like you. Ignore me, and I may not forgive you. Encourage me, and I will not forget you. Love me and I may be forced to love you. When you urge someone to reach somewhere, you are affirming that they are not there yet and they are not doing enough.” – William Arthur Ward, 1921 -1984, Author/Writer

When we urge someone to reach some level, somewhere, we are affirming that she is not there yet and she is potentially not doing enough.

I would much rather highlight that she is doing extremely well in her travel and to continue on with the best of her rigor. With Love.

I would remind her of her inner-potential, the greatness of it!

I’m sure, she will be pleased to discover that all throughout her journey, courage and determination came from herself.

She will be the hero and I, her devoted friend.
