Are You Burying Your Dream?

There is always a bit of sense in non-sense, a bit of sanity in in-sanity. 'Non' and 'in' are merely an addition to it! - Burying your dream“If co-operation is a duty, I hold that non-co-operation also under certain conditions is equally a duty.”

Mahatma Gandhi, 1869 – 1948, Peacemaker, Leader of the Indian Independence Movement

You may use hundreds of scripts readily available to live your life according to — it is perfect and agreeable. The millions of people who do the same will support you.

Alternatively, you may write your own script of your own true life. Unique and original —

mostly misunderstood by thousands of people around you who do not agree.

When you rejoice in your own unique and creative story, others may look with disapproval. Perhaps, with envy too —

‘Wow! What power one must have to go against the flow, against the crowd and live outstandingly out of her own spirit.’

(But, still unaccordant to their own way of life.)

And, so, they may also say this —

‘It is merely idealistic, you are not being practical. Do not behave like a madman, do not be childish, behave responsibly, like the rest of us.’

You may be shunned and ridiculed, you may even be left to be alone. But, at least your life will be authentic!

At most, you will be Loved by children and simpletons all around the world, who are practicing life in like-heartedness.

And if you can live an authentic life, even for just a short time, the crowd will gather. You must not give up your true self, for you display the hope they secretly want to see; millions of people are hiding from this and burying it within themselves. Your suffering, your struggle, is not going un-noticed, if you live by it.

Your hope of being able to be yourself and live in this world with joy has an enormous audience waiting to see it. These people are willing to be part of your dream, because this dream they share too for their own lives.
